The hotel was terrible, it was basic, clean, staff full of attitude, did not accommodate me at all, I asked if they had any other rooms, besides the one right next to the elevator, and I mean next to it, how they can even put someone in that room is ridiculous, there was three feet between the front of the door to the elevator door, literally when I open my door, there people standing right in front of me waiting for the elevator, and for them to tell me they did not have any other rooms was totally lie, I spent 5 terrible days and the hotel was not even 50% occupancy. ...read more

Excellent in facilities and specially for people traveling with pets. Their complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Very clean areas. The staff was very nice and always looking to make the client comfortable. Nice pool with warm water. Close to the train what provide a good transportation. The hotel is clean and nice but in my case the maid did not made the room on Sunday and did not put new towels etc. My daughter went downstairs to get towels and was given only two towels by the front desk lady. Later on I went downstairs and the front desk lady when I talked to her and tried to explain what has happened first said "don't scream at me" I am hard of hearing so my tone is a little louder also she said I was not here this morning so I don't know what happened as to doubting what I have told her. ...read more

Was exactly what I expected and would return if ever back in the area.

Hotel room was comfortable, clean everywhere, only the morning staff front desk didn't pay attention. Not very friendly at all. Breakfast was really good for complimentary.

Overall experience pleased would stay there again, as long as I could on dedicated floor to non smokers.

It was nice to have a pool to sit by. The room was very plain. Especially no bed spreads. It was very basic but adequate. Ps: I didn't eat a meal at the hotel. I only had breakfast. I can't erase the dot in the first question. ...read more

Very unpleasant experience, given wrong room type even with written documentation of complete payment and request, train station very close and noise loud all night, several requests over hours made to stop construction noise inside hotel -no result until late into night, room not even vacuumed 4 days into travel. ...read more

The hotel was clean had just been bought out. The rooms were clean but our non smoking room smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. Beds very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly there are in process of completing allot of eminence. ...read more
